A Prefeitura de São José dos Campos, por meio do Cephas (Colégio de Educação Profissional Hélio Augusto de Souza), iniciou a nova etapa do programa Certifica Cephas 2024.
Na quarta-feira (27), os candidatos à certificação de assistente administrativo foram recebidos no auditório do Cephas. Eles assistiram a uma palestra sobre os principais pontos do programa.
Ana Baruel, de 18 anos, já trabalhou em comércio e corretora de seguros. “Achei ótimo porque, com a certificação, posso tentar empregos melhores, com boa remuneração”, afirmou.
“Vai enriquecer meu currículo porque é uma certificação, além de conhecimento e experiências novas”, disse Breno Lopes, de 24 anos.
Bárbara dos Santos trabalha numa loja de roupas. Ela tem esperança de que a certificação vai fazer diferença profissionalmente. “Vai ser um aprimoramento dos conhecimentos sobre a área administrativa, me qualificando melhor, ainda mais sendo do Cephas”, disse.
No dia 2 de abril será a vez do início do processo de certificação de garçons e no dia 3 de cuidadores de idosos.
O objetivo é avaliar, reconhecer e certificar profissionais de São José dos Campos que já exercem determinadas atividades e necessitam da certificação para o exercício profissional, inserção ou reinserção no mercado de trabalho.
A ação está prevista no Plano de Gestão 2021-2024.
Processo
Para obter a certificação, os candidatos passarão por etapas de avaliação, iniciando com uma entrevista para levantamento da história profissional e educacional.
Em seguida, serão feitas atividades teóricas e práticas para verificar as competências profissionais.
Cada candidato terá acompanhamento individual para avaliar o desempenho das atividades.
Os profissionais que passarem pelo processo receberão diploma, certificado, histórico e atestado de reconhecimento de competências profissionais.
A primeira turma do Certifica Cephas formou-se em dezembro. Dezesseis profissionais de diferentes áreas – eletricistas, pedreiro, porteiros e vigias, pizzaiolos e recreadores – receberam os certificados validados pelo MEC (Ministério da Educação).
