Agência Minas Gerais | Acolhe minas: plantão do Governo do Estado garante apoio e orientação a mulheres contra crimes sexuais no Carnaval

Ponto de apoio para mulheres vítimas de algum tipo de violência ou importunação sexual durante os quatro dias de Carnaval em Belo Horizonte, o Plantão Integrado Acolhe minas cumpriu seu papel, traçado pelo Governo de Minas. A iniciativa inédita foi desempenhada pela Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Social de Minas Gerais (Sedese-MG), que pôde orientar cerca de 200 mulheres durante o feriado. Além disso, o serviço psicológico, jurídico ou de apoio para quatro mulheres no espaço, montado na sede do Instituto Estadual do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico de Minas Gerais (Iepha-MG), na Praça da Liberdade.

“Reunimos diferentes instituições, governamentais e privadas, nessa iniciativa inédita em Minas Gerais e nos colocamos à disposição para todo tipo de apoio, desde o psicológico até o jurídico, e ainda pudemos ajudar algumas mulheres em outras situações”, destacou a secretária Estado de Desenvolvimento Social, Elizabeth Jucá.

Casos

Entre os quatro atendimentos realizados, um foi relacionado a importunação sexual, em que a vítima foi até a Delegacia da Mulher da Polícia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG), no bairro Barro Preto, onde registrou o Boletim de Ocorrência (B.O). Em seguida, ela foi direcionada ao Plantão Integrado, onde recebeu atendimento e apoio psicológico. A partir do trabalho realizado no Acolhe minas, ela já passou a ser uma das pessoas atendidas no Centro Risoleta Neves de Atendimento às Mulheres (Cerna), órgão permanente de atendimento a vítimas de algum tipo de violência doméstica, ligado à Sedese-MG.

O Acolhe minas também atendeu uma mulher que se encorajou e relatou seu caso de violência doméstica. Ela foi acolhida, orientada e já está recebendo acompanhamento da equipe do Cerna.

Outro caso envolveu o atendimento de uma mulher encontrada com sinais de embriaguez no atrium da Praça da Liberdade. Por meio do Plantão Integrado, o Corpo de Bombeiros de Minas Gerais (CBMMG) foi acionado, prestou socorro e encaminhou a mulher até um posto médico. Toda a ação foi acompanhada por uma profissional que trabalhava no Acolhe minas, que permaneceu até a chegada de membros da família. Por fim, outra mulher procurou ajuda e recebeu roupas do Varal Solidário.

Roseane Lima, psicóloga que atuou no Plantão Integrado Acolhe minas, destacou que “os atendimentos foram pontuais naquilo que estava mais emergente para a mulher, como a escuta empática e qualificada. Foi um ambiente acolhedor que propiciou segurança para ela”, explicou.

Com coordenação da Sedese-MG, o Plantão Integrado Acolhe minas foi composto por PCMG, CBMMG, Ministério Público de Minas Gerais (MPMG), Defensoria Pública de Minas Gerais (DPMG), Secretaria de Estado de Justiça e Segurança Pública (Sejusp-MG) e Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB).

O fluxo de atendimento também contou com a participação de outros órgãos do Governo de Minas, como o Iepha-MG, as secretarias de Estado de Cultura e Turismo (Secult-MG) e de Saúde (SES-MG), Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais (PMMG) e Ouvidoria-Geral do Estado de Minas Gerais (OGE/MG).

O Plantão Integrado ainda teve o apoio da iniciativa privada, por meio da Câmara de Dirigentes Lojistas de Belo Horizonte (CDL-BH), o Grupo Mulheres do Brasil e outros representantes comerciais.

“Com nossa ampla campanha de divulgação, mostramos para todos os foliões que Minas Gerais está preparada para apoiar, orientar e inibir crimes contra as mulheres durante uma festa onde a alegria deve prevalecer”, finalizou a secretária Elizabeth Jucá. “O sucesso se deu pela transversalidade e multidimensionalidade de todas as políticas e instituições que estiveram conosco”, complementou.

A secretária de Estado frisou ainda que a baixa procura pelo Plantão Integrado corroborou os dados divulgados pela Sejusp-MG, nessa quinta-feira (15/2), que apontaram queda em todos os tipos de crimes durante a folia mineira. 

Fale Agora

A Sedese-MG criou o protocolo Fale Agora, em agosto de 2023, para combater a violência sexual  – especialmente contra mulheres – em estabelecimentos como bares, restaurantes, hotéis, casas noturnas, e espaços de lazer e turismo do estado de um modo geral. O protocolo recebeu adaptação especial elaborada por servidores da secretaria para ser aplicado durante o período de pré-carnaval.

“Tenho certeza que a divulgação que fizemos junto aos blocos durante todo o período de pré-carnaval, falando do protocolo Fale Agora, e chamando a atenção para que todos os atores sociais pudessem estar juntos com o Governo de Minas, enfrentando a violência contra mulheres, foi fundamental neste processo”, explicou a subsecretária de Política dos Direitos das Mulheres da Sedese-MG, Soraya Romina.

Neste período, foram capacitadas mais de 600 pessoas de 32 blocos de Belo Horizonte e de 16 cidades do interior do estado, seja presencialmente ou de modo virtual, sobre como agir em casos de importunação sexual durante os cortejos.
