A última noite do Carnaval Tradição de João Pessoa, realizado pela Fundação Cultural de João Pessoa (Funjope) e Liga das Escolas de Samba da capital (LiesJP), deixou o público com um gostinho de saudade. Nesta segunda-feira (12), assim como ocorreu com as tribos indígenas, clubes de frevo e escolas de samba, as apresentações das ala ursas foram muito aplaudidas por quem foi acompanhar os desfiles na Avenida Duarte da Silveira.
“Este é, seguramente, o melhor Carnaval da história recente de João Pessoa. Nós não temos registro de um Carnaval tão belo como este de 2024. Em todos os ambientes, em todos os lugares, desde as prévias, passando pela abertura do Folia de Rua, com Alceu Valença;, depois, com a descida na Epitácio Pessoa com a Via Folia, no bloco dos Cafuçus com uma explosão de pessoas e aqui, no Carnaval Tradição, com três noites de muita alegria, muita empolgação das agremiações, todas estimuladas, muito qualificadas para esse desfile”, declarou o diretor executivo da Funjope, Marcus Alves.
Ele ressaltou que o público é sempre um espetáculo à parte. “As pessoas compareceram de maneira massiva todas as noites, sobretudo, hoje, na noite das ala ursas. Isso mostra como a população de João Pessoa abraçou o projeto de Carnaval do prefeito Cícero Lucena, da administração municipal e aumenta mais ainda a responsabilidade da Funjope e do nosso trabalho”, pontuou.
Marcus Alves elogiou todas as agremiações. “Todas estão de parabéns, e agora já começamos a pensar o Carnaval de 2025, com as conversas e os diálogos que nós temos que fazer”, acrescentou.
Apresentações – No terceiro e último dia do Carnaval Tradição, as apresentações ficaram exclusivamente com as ala ursas. A programação teve início com as participações especiais dos maracatus Pé de Elefante e Baque Mulher. Em seguida, começaram as apresentações das ala ursas.
Na competição, que costuma aguçar a curiosidade e também o medo de crianças e adultos, as apresentações começaram com o Urso Dourado; logo depois, o Urso da Paz, seguido pelo Urso Branco & Companhia de Maracatu.
Na sequência, entrou na avenida o Urso Panda, Urso Celebridade, Urso Folião, Urso Selvagem, Urso Alegria do Panda, Urso Branco do 13, Urso Treme Terra.
E as apresentações seguiram com o Urso Jamaica, Urso Santa Cruz, Urso Gavião, Urso Solitário, Urso Sem Lenço e Sem Documento, Urso Gorila Louco, Urso Canibal e Urso Reboliço que fechou as apresentações sob aplausos.
Apoio – A cada ano, a Prefeitura de João Pessoa, a Funjope e demais secretarias, com apoio do Governo do Estado, têm trabalhado para garantir a segurança em seus eventos. Foi assim durante todos os dias da Folia de Rua e também durante as três noites do Carnaval Tradição.
A parceria envolve diversos órgãos de segurança como a Polícia Militar, Corpo de Bombeiros e Guarda Civil Municipal. Também faz parte do trabalho a Superintendência Executiva de Mobilidade Urbana (Semob), garantindo tranquilidade para quem foi assistir aos desfiles, e o Samu, realizando os atendimentos durante o evento.
“Realizamos poucos atendimentos, mas só casos leves. Atuamos com três unidades e quatro motocicletas que são suporte às viaturas”, destacou Wemerson Araújo, coordenador da equipe do Samu.
“No geral, em todos os dias do evento, os atendimentos foram mais clínicos, intoxicação por abuso de álcool, pico hipertensivo, desmaio devido ao calor e crise de ansiedade. Ressaltamos que houve uma redução nos atendimentos relacionados a casos de violência”, disse o médico do Samu Sindulfo Santiago.
Público – O público encheu a Avenida Duarte da Silveira para se despedir do Carnaval Tradição. Famílias inteiras saíram de casa para ver as ala ursas passarem. Alguns são veteranos, outros estreando, como a estudante Roberta Martins.
“Esta é a primeira vez que venho prestigiar o Carnaval Tradição. Está bem tranquilo, com segurança, Polícia, Samu, Bombeiros. Isso é muito importante. Estou vendo muitas famílias e dá para vir brincar em paz”, afirmou.
O servidor público Josinaldo de Lima saiu do bairro Valentina Figueiredo com a família especialmente para ver o Carnaval Tradição. “Todo ano estamos aqui para curtir nossas tradições, nossa cultura. Está tudo muito bonito”, constatou.
“Sem dúvida, estou me divertindo muito. É a primeira vez que venho a João Pessoa para ver o Carnaval daqui. Na verdade, vim só passear e aproveitar o Carnaval. Sou brasileiro, com cidadania americana, porque já moro nos Estados Unidos há mais de 45 anos. Vim com minha esposa, que é austríaca. Estamos tendo um bom momento”, elogiou o turista Fábio Almeida.
A nail designer Letícia Lima também aprovou o Carnaval Tradição. “Eu acho que o Carnaval representa alegria. É uma época em que todo mundo se junta, comemora. Vejo como um momento festivo. Este é o segundo ano que venho assistir aos desfiles e está sendo uma experiência ótima porque posso trazer as crianças, e elas curtem. É muito bom, e sem brigas, que é o melhor de tudo”, destacou.
“Essa é uma folia muito boa, é a cultura popular do Nordeste e isso nunca pode morrer”, resumiu a costureira Ana Paula Monteiro de Lima. Para a aposentada Maria do Socorro da Silva, o Carnaval é a melhor festa do ano. “É tudo muito bonito, as danças, a vestimenta. Eu gosto de tudo, principalmente de frevo”, afirmou.
Se a festa agradou quem foi curtir, o momento foi duplamente positivo para quem trabalhou, como Jéssica Costa, que alugou brinquedos infláveis durante o evento. “O Carnaval Tradição de João Pessoa é muito importante porque faz com que as pessoas deixem de ir para outros lugares e prestigiem o que tem de bom na nossa cidade, a nossa cultura. Também é bom para os comerciantes porque rende algum dinheiro”, afirmou.
O ambulante Riter Santana Ferreira concordou. “Eu gostaria de agradecer ao prefeito Cícero Lucena e à Funjope pela brilhante festa. Esse ano a estrutura está melhor, a ornamentação também. É um evento que fomenta a nós, ambulantes, que precisamos trabalhar. Muita gente está desempregada e o Carnaval Tradição traz essa forma de renda. É uma maravilha para João Pessoa, uma festa com grandes agremiações e que, a cada ano, fica melhor”, elogiou o comerciante de bebidas e espetinhos.
Apuração – Nesta terça-feira (13), a partir das 9h, tem início a apuração para que os jurados revelem as notas e apontem quem serão os campeões das tribos indígenas, clubes de frevo, ala ursas e escolas de samba.
Premiações – Serão premiadas as três melhores colocadas em cada grupo. As escolas de samba campeãs recebem R$ 10 mil, primeiro lugar; R$ 8 mil, segundo; e R$ 6 mil, terceira colocada. No frevo, os três mais bem colocados do Grupo A recebem R$ 10 mil, R$ 8 mil e R$ 6 mil. Para os primeiro, segundo e terceiro lugares do Grupo B, as premiações são, respectivamente, R$ 8 mil, R$ 6 mil e R$ 4 mil.
As tribos indígenas campeãs do Grupo A recebem R$ 10 mil, R$ 8 mil e R$ 6 mil, primeiro, segundo e terceiro lugares. Já as do Grupo B recebem R$ 8 mil, R$ 6 mil e R$ 4 mil.
Para as ala ursas, que, no próximo ano, terão o Grupo B, a premiação para o primeiro lugar é de R$ 10 mil; segundo, R$ 8 mil e, para a terceira colocada, R$ 6 mil.
