O Primeiro Seminário Nacional de Segurança e Inteligência Governamental, realizado pelo Gabinete Militar do Governador de Minas Gerais na Cidade Administrativa, em Belo Horizonte, resultou na criação do Conselho Nacional das Casas Militares, que estabelece estratégias e soluções inovadoras para garantir a segurança e a governabilidade de autoridades públicas em todo país. O coronel Carlos Frederico Otoni Garcia, chefe do Gabinete Militar do Governador de Minas Gerais, foi eleito presidente do Conselho por unanimidade.
O evento, realizado nestas terça e quarta-feira (26 e 27/3), recebeu mais de 500 pessoas, entre eles representantes de 24 estados brasileiros.
O Conselho Nacional das Casas Militares, criado no seminário, visa aproximar as instituições e fortalecer a representatividade e sua atuação. A proposta inicial de estatuto foi apresentada e está em análise para publicação após aprovação pelos estados.
O presidente do conselho, coronel Frederico, destacou como próximo passo a delimitação de um plano estratégico de atuação.
Os representantes estaduais integrantes expressaram apoio à iniciativa, destacando a importância do conselho para certificar e elevar o nível técnico das atividades das Casas Militares em todo o país.
O major André dos Santos Evangelista, chefe de Gabinete da Casa Civil do Amazonas, enfatizou a relevância do conselho na padronização e integração das instituições. “Essa iniciativa vai promover o fortalecimento de nossas entidades e a melhoria dos serviços”, afirma.
Em apoio ao colega, o coronel Luciano Chaves Boeira, do Rio Grande do Sul, também manifestou satisfação com a criação do conselho e parabenizou Minas Gerais pela iniciativa em criar o Seminário Nacional de Segurança e Inteligência Governamental.
“O evento foi extremamente engrandecedor, com palestras diversas e muito bem ministradas. Acredito que o conselho será essencial para garantirmos a união entre as Casas Civis”, reitera.
Para o coronel PM Elvis Murilo Lau de Azevedo do Amapá, “o conselho será de suma importância para a integração de informações e busca de melhores soluções”. Já o tenente-coronel Cleverson Biagini Moraes, representante do chefe da Casa Militar do Estado do Paraná, agradeceu pelo convite e também ressaltou a importância da iniciativa “como uma forma de garantir a união dos órgãos em território nacional”.
Sobre a importância do Primeiro Seminário Nacional de Segurança e Inteligência Governamental, o presidente do Conselho, coronel Frederico, chefe do Gabinete Militar do Governador em Minas Gerais, finalizou destacando a importância da integração entre as forças de segurança do país para a garantia da estabilidade do sistema.
