Representantes e suplentes da Comissão Organizadora Estadual serão definidos em reunião conjunta na próxima segunda-feira (25)
O Governo de São Paulo, por meio da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Urbano e Habitação (SDUH), instituiu as diretrizes para a organização da 7ª Conferência Estadual das Cidades Paulistas, que será realizada entre os dias 5 e 6 de julho de 2024, no espaço do Memorial da América Latina, na capital. A sétima edição do evento terá como tema: “Construindo a Política Estadual de Desenvolvimento Urbano: caminhos para cidades inclusivas, democráticas, sustentáveis e com justiça social”.
A partir da Portaria MCID nº 175, publicada no Diário Oficial da União em 1º de março de 2024, do Regimento Interno da 6ª. Conferência Nacional das Cidades e do Inciso IX do artigo 4º do Decreto nº 67.435, a SDUH definiu os procedimentos para a composição da Comissão Organizadora Estadual. Uma reunião será realizada na próxima segunda-feira, dia 25 de março, das 9h às 18h, no auditório do 15º andar do Edifício Cidade IV, para escolher os 25 (vinte e cinco) membros e respectivos suplentes.
A comissão será composta pelo secretário do Desenvolvimento Urbano e Habitação, ou quem ele designar, para exercer a função de presidente, e demais representantes do Poder Público Estadual, sendo eles: 5 membros do Poder Executivo Estadual, designados pela SDUH, 5 do Legislativo Estadual, designados pela Presidência da Assembleia Legislativa, sete representantes dos Movimentos Populares, dois de entidades sindicais, dois representantes de empresários relacionados à produção e ao financiamento do desenvolvimento urbano, dois membros de entidades profissionais, acadêmicas e de pesquisa e conselhos profissionais, além de um representante de organizações não governamentais com atuação na área do desenvolvimento urbano.
Caso algum segmento não tenha integrantes suficientes para preencher todas as vagas previstas, a Comissão Organizadora, após sua instalação, poderá prever formas de suplementação das representações. Além disso, os municípios que tiverem realizado a Etapa Municipal da 6ª Conferência Nacional das Cidades poderão participar também com um representante entre os delegados eleitos na etapa municipal, com direito à voz na Comissão Organizadora.
Essa Comissão Organizadora será responsável pela elaboração do regimento da 7ª Conferência Estadual das Cidades Paulistas, pelo planejamento da infraestrutura para a realização do evento, pauta e programação, além da mobilização da sociedade civil e do poder público.
Caberá, ainda, ao grupo selecionado a elaboração do relatório final da 7ª Conferência Estadual das Cidades Paulistas, o preenchimento do formulário eletrônico disponibilizado na forma definida em Resolução do Conselho das Cidades, dar o encaminhamento aos recursos impetrados, constituir a Comissão Estadual Recursal e de Validação e estimular, apoiar e acompanhar as Conferências Municipais.
