População aprova mais uma edição do programa de saúde Bem Me Quero

A Prefeitura de São José dos Campos realizou neste sábado (9), mais uma edição do Bem Me Quero, programa para cuidar da saúde da mulher. Foram disponibilizados exames ginecológicos preventivos e mamografia, entre outros procedimentos que permitem a detecção precoce de doenças e prevenção do câncer de colo do útero.

Dez Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBSs) Resolve ficaram abertas à população, das 9h às 14h, em todas as regiões da cidade.

Para Tatiane Andrade, auxiliar administrativo, a possibilidade de fazer o exame preventivo no fim semana facilitou muito. “No sábado é muito melhor, a gente não precisa pedir para sair do trabalho, pedir atestado. Vem tranquila, sem pressa, facilita”.

“Fiz o exame preventivo, fui bem tratada, o atendimento é excelente”, disse Andreza Conde, auxiliar de serviços gerais que foi atendida na UBS do Parque Industrial. A filha dela, Caroline, também aproveitou para colocar os exames em dia. “Muito bom, facilita para quem trabalha a semana toda”.

A ampliação e consolidação do atendimento integral à mulher no Previna (Programa de Prevenção ao Câncer) e outros programas, como o Bem Me Quero, representam mais um compromisso cumprido do Plano de Gestão 2021-2024.

Cuidados com a saúde

Implantado há um ano, o Bem Me Quero é realizado sempre aos sábados, uma vez por mês, com o objetivo de facilitar o acesso às unidades para as mulheres que não conseguem ir durante a semana devido ao trabalho ou às ocupações diárias.

Nas 12 edições, foram realizados 2.167 exames preventivos e aplicadas 1.678 doses de vacinas, como as que combatem a gripe (influenza) e covid.

As coletas de exames preventivos, a aplicação de vacinas e os testes rápidos também são realizados de segunda a sexta-feira nas 40 UBSs Resolve e nas 5 Unidades Avançadas. Confira os endereços e horários de funcionamento no site da Prefeitura.

Prevenção

Neste mês, também está sendo realizada a campanha Março Lilás, de conscientização sobre a importância da prevenção e do diagnóstico precoce do câncer do colo de útero.

Nas UBSs, além dos exames preventivos as mulheres têm à sua disposição o acompanhamento da gestante e do bebê (pré-natal e puerpério), dispensação de preservativos e contraceptivos, teste de gravidez (urina e sangue) e teste rápido HIV/Sífilis/Hepatite.

São José dos Campos conta com uma ampla e estruturada rede de atendimento para o tratamento do câncer.

Por meio do programa Previna, que visa favorecer o diagnóstico precoce para aumentar as chances de cura do paciente, o município investe no rastreamento dos principais tipos de câncer, na priorização dos casos urgentes e no contato direto com as UBSs Resolve para o encaminhamento correto dos casos suspeitos e confirmados da doença.

Todas estas ações facilitam e garantem agilidade no atendimento, promovendo a detecção precoce da doença de doenças. No caso do câncer, quanto mais rápido o diagnóstico, maior a chance de cura.

Ao longo de todo o ano, a Prefeitura de São José, por meio da Secretaria de Saúde, tem ampliado as ações para melhoria da saúde da mulher, com capacitações constantes como a que ocorreu no mês passado para médicos e enfermeiros das UBSs que atuam na prevenção e combate ao câncer.
