A Prefeitura de João Pessoa inicia a semana promovendo a vacinação em diversos serviços de saúde e garantido a assistência de toda a população. O alerta, nesta segunda-feira (26), é também para as crianças e os adolescentes, na faixa etária de 10 a 14 anos, que já podem tomar a vacina que protege contra dengue, com esquema vacinal composto por duas doses.
A partir dos nove anos, as crianças já podem receber também, pelo Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), a vacina que protege contra o HPV Papilomavírus humano 6, 11, 16 e 18 (HPV4 – recombinante), que está disponível para adolescentes até os 14 anos de idade, com esquema vacinal composto por duas doses. Para os adolescentes estão disponíveis também as vacinas: meningocócica ACWY, Tríplice viral, Febre Amarela, Difteria e Tétano (dT) e Hepatite B recombinante.
As doses podem ser administradas, de forma rápida e segura, nas unidades de saúde da família, que funcionam das 7h às 11h e das 12h às 16h, no Centro Municipal de Imunização e nas Policlínicas Municipais, que atendem no período das 8h às 16h.
Estão disponíveis também três pontos fixos localizados no Shopping Sul, no bairro dos Bancários; no Home Center Ferreira Costa, às margens da BR-230, que atendem de segunda a sexta-feira, das 12h às 21h; e no Shopping Tambiá, que funciona das 12h às 20h. Todos ofertam as vacinas que fazem parte do calendário de rotina e das campanhas ativas, facilitando a vida do usuário que não pode ir até um serviço de saúde durante o horário normal.
Covid-19 – A vacina que protege contra Covid-19 passou a ser incorporada ao Calendário Vacinal de rotina da criança, conforme o Programa Nacional de Imunização (PNI) do Ministério da Saúde. O objetivo principal é reduzir casos graves e óbitos pela Covid-19. Por isso, é fundamental alcançar elevadas e homogêneas coberturas vacinais para todos os grupos com indicação.
Dengue – A proteção contra a dengue tem o esquema de vacinação com a recomendação de duas doses, com intervalo de três meses entre elas. Caso o usuário tenha contato com a doença antes da vacina, é recomendado aguardar seis meses para o início do esquema (atenuada). Caso a infecção ocorra após o início do esquema, não há alteração no intervalo entre D1 e D2, desde que a D2 não seja realizada com o período inferior a 30 dias do início da doença.
A vacina contra Covid-19 pode ser administrada simultaneamente com qualquer outra que faz parte do calendário de rotina, em qualquer intervalo de tempo, na faixa etária de seis meses de idade ou mais. Já a vacina que protege contra a Dengue pode ser coadministrada simultaneamente com os imunizantes inativados do Calendário Nacional de Vacinação do adolescente, exceto as vacinas vivas e atenuadas, que precisam ser administradas com o intervalo de 30 dias.
Documentação – Para ter acesso à vacina das campanhas ativas e do calendário de rotina o usuário deve apresentar um documento oficial, Cartão do SUS e a Caderneta de Vacinação ou o Cartão de Vacina.
