A Prefeitura Municipal de Bonito, por meio da Secretaria de Turismo, Indústria e Comércio e do SENAC, ofertou o curso ‘Higiene e Manipulação de Alimentos’, entre os dias 05 e 06 de fevereiro de 2024, abrindo o calendário de capacitações do ano do Programa de Qualificação para o Turismo, inserido no Plano Estratégico de Gestão e Marketing do Turismo de Bonito.
No total com 14 participantes, a instrutora Melina Ribeiro Fernandes, especialista da área destacou a importância de aperfeiçoar o profissional nas boas práticas em higiene e manipulação de alimentos, visando assegurar a qualidade no recebimento, higienização, armazenamento de matéria prima e na produção de alimentos, evitando contaminações cruzadas e riscos a saúde dos consumidores.
O conteúdo geral do aprendizado apresentou as matérias de: noções gerais sobre alimentos; noções gerais sobre micro-organismos e suas ações sobre os alimentos; noções sobre parasitologia e transmissão de doenças pelos alimentos; conservação, manipulação e estocagem dos alimentos; higiene pessoal, de equipamentos e de matéria prima; noções gerais sobre análise de riscos e pontos críticos de controle dos alimentos; cuidados com insetos e roedores e saúde dos trabalhadores.
A secretária de Turismo, Indústria e Comércio, Juliane Salvadori reafirma a importância dos profissionais que atuam na área estarem preparados para o atendimento aos visitantes, assim como o aperfeiçoamento na qualidade da conservação e estocagem dos alimentos. Salienta também o compromisso firmado na oferta dos cursos e as capacitações oferecidos para o trade turístico e comunidade em geral, de forma gratuita.
