A jornalista tinha um grande poder de entretenimento com o público, na emissora que estava comandava dois famosos quadros. O Refrão, aonde recebia artistas de várias localidades, e o Só notícia Boa, que visava trazer boas informações ao público de casa.
Andrea também trabalhou na Record TV, SBT e GNT, e também na rádio CBN, muito famosa no Brasil. Alem disto a apresentadora foi colaboradora do Superior Tribunal de Justiça e Tribunal Superior Eleitoral.
Logo após a notícia do falecimento da apresentadora, o STF publicou uma nota oficial: “Que os amigos e familiares encontrem consolo nas lembranças alegres que viveram ao lado dela. E que o exemplo de positividade deixado por Andrea Fassina nos inspire a ser melhores todos os dias.”, declarou o órgão.
