A Secretaria Municipal de Saúde (SMS) da Prefeitura de João Pessoa registrou a aplicação de 5.885 doses de imunizantes no ‘Dia D’ de vacinação na Capital, até às 18h deste sábado (13). A mobilização realizada em conjunto com o Governo do Estado da Paraíba tem o objetivo de aumentar os números de cobertura vacinal, principalmente das campanhas de imunização contra dengue e Influenza.
Foram disponibilizados cerca de 100 postos de vacinação, incluindo unidades de saúde da família (USFs), policlínicas municipais, Centro Municipal de Imunizações (CMI), Shopping Sul, Shopping Tambiá, Home Center Ferreira Costa e Mercado Público de Mangabeira, onde aconteceu a abertura oficial do Dia D, com a presença do prefeito Cícero Lucena.
Durante a ação, a diretora de Atenção à Saúde de João Pessoa, Alline Grisi, destacou a importância de atualizar o esquema de imunização e convocou a população para se vacinar. “Hoje é o Dia D, mas estamos com vacina todos os dias nas unidades básicas de saúde e convidamos as pessoas que integram o público prioritário que compareçam para receber sua dose e deixar o cartão de vacina atualizado”, ressaltou.
O aposentado João Vianei, 69 anos, foi um dos primeiros a receber a dose da vacina contra Influenza no posto instalado no Mercado Público de Mangabeira. “Acho muito importante cuidar da minha saúde, por isso me vacino todo ano”, disse. Assim como ele, a professora Djanete Lima aproveitou a oportunidade. “Vi que estavam vacinando, já entrei logo na fila e agora estou protegida contra a gripe”, contou.
Já o estudante João Gabriel Gomes, 12 anos, foi até o local acompanhado de seu pai para receber a vacina contra a dengue. “Não doeu”, disse o menino. “Com a vacinação atualizada, a saúde também fica em dia”, disse o funcionário público João Lacerda, pai de Gabriel.
Para o chefe de Imunização da SMS, Fernando Virgolino, o Dia D teve boa adesão da população de João Pessoa. “As pessoas dos grupos prioritários atenderam ao nosso chamado e compareceram aos postos de vacinação, que estão distribuídos em toda a cidade. Até o final da ação, às 21h, deveremos passar de 6 mil doses em apenas um dia”, afirmou.
A secretária executiva de Saúde do Estado, Renata Nóbrega, falou sobre a importância da mobilização conjunta para alcançar a meta de imunizar 90% das pessoas que integram os grupos prioritários. “A Secretaria de Estado da Saúde está participando junto com a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de João Pessoa da ação de mobilização nacional da campanha de vacinação e nosso intuito é mobilizar a população para que venha se vacinar para alcançarmos nossa meta, porque com a vacina conseguimos fazer o controle de transmissão do vírus respiratório”, destacou.
Além da vacinação, foram ofertados outros serviços na ação de abertura do Dia D: unidade móvel do Hemocentro da Paraíba, orientações sobre prevenção contra as arboviroses, testes rápidos para diagnóstico de ISTs, verificação de pressão arterial e pintura artística para crianças e adolescentes.
Vacinação todos os dias – Para quem não conseguiu se vacinar no Dia D, pode atualizar seu esquema vacinal de segunda a sexta-feira, nas USFs, policlínicas municipais e Centro Municipal de Imunizações. Já os postos móveis instalados no Shopping Sul, Shopping Tambiá e Home Center Ferreira Costa disponibilizam, exclusivamente as vacinas contra dengue e Influenza, com funcionamento de segunda a sábado.
Proteção contra dengue – A vacina é recomendada para crianças e adolescentes de 10 a 14 anos, com o esquema composto de duas doses, em intervalo de três meses entre as doses. Caso o usuário tenha contato com a doença antes da vacina é recomendado aguardar seis meses para o início do esquema vacinal com a vacina dengue (atenuada). Caso a infecção ocorra após o início do esquema, não há alteração no intervalo entre D1 e D2, desde que a D2 não seja realizada com o período inferior a 30 dias do início da doença.
Proteção contra Influenza – Já contra a gripe, a vacina inicialmente está sendo administrada apenas para pessoas que fazem parte dos grupos prioritários. São elas: crianças de 6 meses a menores de 6 anos de idade (5 anos, 11 meses e 29 dias), trabalhadores da saúde, gestantes, puérperas (aquelas mulheres que estão no período de até 45 dias após o parto), professores do ensino básico e superior, povos indígenas, idosos com 60 anos ou mais de idade, pessoas em situação de rua, profissionais das forças de segurança e salvamento, profissionais das Forças Armadas e pessoas com doenças crônicas não transmissíveis e outras condições clínicas especiais, pessoas com deficiência permanente, trabalhadores de transporte coletivo rodoviário para passageiros urbanos e de longo curso, trabalhadores portuários, população privada de liberdade e funcionários do sistema de privação de liberdade, adolescentes e jovens de 12 a 21 anos de idade sob medidas socioeducativas.
Documentação – Para vacinação contra a dengue, basta o usuário levar a Caderneta de Vacinação e um documento oficial. Para Influenza é necessário levar, além do cartão de vacina, os documentos comprobatórios de cada grupo. Os profissionais que se enquadram na ampliação dos grupos prioritários deverão apresentar documento de identificação com foto e comprovante (declaração, carteira do conselho de classe ou contracheque) de vínculo com a empresa ou instituição onde atua. Já pessoas com doenças crônicas não transmissíveis e outras condições clínicas especiais deverão apresentar laudo médico.
