“Quando entro em uma viatura, dá aquela sensação de responsabilidade, porque sei que estou indo para uma ocorrência de grande vulto, mas preciso ter habilidade e chegar com segurança”, conta a sargento Lívia Christina de Faria, do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Minas Gerais (CBMMG). Assim como ela, dezenas de mulheres da corporação, que dirigem viaturas de grande porte, têm que lidar diariamente com a tensão, adrenalina à flor da pele e ter habilidade suficiente para se desvencilhar dos obstáculos diários nas vias para salvar vidas e garantir um atendimento de qualidade.
Lívia Chistina começou a dirigir a Auto Bomba após 2019, quando conseguiu mudar a sua Carteira de Habilitação para a categoria “E”. A carreta Auto Bomba é adaptada para atender incêndios urbanos e salvamentos. “Nessa época, minha paixão aflorou ainda mais, porque dirigir uma carreta não é a mesma coisa que dirigir um caminhão. Essa viatura, por ter água, dificulta muito a condução. A primeira vez que dirigi, foi muito tenso, fiquei muito ansiosa, mas feliz ao mesmo tempo porque consegui superar esse desafio”, relembra.
A soldado Karla Silva Mota conta que esse amor pela condução de viaturas, principalmente Auto Bombas, existe desde quando entrou para a corporação e foi trabalhar em Poços de Caldas, no Sul de Minas. “Tive a oportunidade de me especializar e me credenciar na condução de viaturas pesadas. É uma adrenalina intensa, mas temos também uma responsabilidade com as pessoas, tanto da rua quanto com os nossos colegas. Então, ao mesmo tempo que traz essa responsabilidade, traz também um amor, um vínculo da gente com a viatura”, afirma a militar, lembrando que muitas mulheres ficam felizes ao ver que a carreta está sendo conduzida por uma pessoa do mesmo sexo.
“São desafios que são superados, que a gente vai conseguindo superar e se realizar, incentivando outras mulheres também a entrar para a corporação e dirigir esses veículos pesados”, analisa Karla Mota.
A também soldado Paula Renata de Jesus, que demorou quase dez anos para ingressar no CBMMG, também sonha em conduzir as viaturas de grande porte da corporação. “Tenho vontade de um dia conseguir conduzir essas viaturas. É muito motivador para a gente, para as mulheres e para as crianças que estão vendo (as mulheres dirigindo)”, afirma. Segundo ela, recentemente uma criança esteve no batalhão e ficou surpresa ao saber que ela era uma policial bombeira. “É um exemplo também para a sociedade”, enfatiza.
Treinamento
A condução dos caminhões requer agilidade, destreza e treinamento intenso para permitir que um veículo, que pode chegar a 30 toneladas, consiga driblar os obstáculos das vias urbanas com segurança e garantir uma resposta rápida a quem necessita de socorro.
Para o especialista automotivo Boris Feldman, conduzir essas viaturas em um trânsito tão caótico, requer bem mais que habilitação. “Dirigir essas viaturas de muitas toneladas e muitos metros de comprimento e largura, exige muita perícia em condições normais, mesmo em grandes espaços. Quando o cenário é em ruas apertadas e cheias de carros, em meio ao trânsito, correndo contra o tempo para salvar vidas, além de habilidade acima da média, é necessário muito treinamento para manter a tranquilidade e a certeza de que seu trabalho vai ser executado com perfeição”, afirma.
Qualificação
Mediante aptidão profissional, os bombeiros militares que irão conduzir viaturas precisam passar pelo Curso de Formação de Condutores, ministrado pela Academia de Bombeiros Militar.
A corporação também oferece o Curso de Condução e Operação de Viaturas (COV). Com duração de 130 horas, o COV ensina aspectos de condução e operação da viatura, deslocamento seguro, segurança nas operações, interpretação dos sensores, noções de mecânica e manutenção de primeiro escalão, uso e emprego da viatura, operação do corpo de bombas e canhão monitor, ligação em série e siamesa, entre outros assuntos.
Conheça as viaturas
A Auto Bomba Tanque Salvamento (ABTS) é um caminhão adaptado para atender as funções de bombeiro em incêndios urbanos e salvamentos. As versões mais modernas da corporação contam com 360 cavalos de potência e apresentam distância entre-eixos reduzida, menor balanço traseiro e maior ângulo de saída para conferir versatilidade em ruas estreitas. Além de carregar cinco mil litros de água, a presença de um tanque extra de Líquido Gerador de Espuma (LGE) permite o combate imediato envolvendo líquidos inflamáveis.
Já a carreta Auto Jamanta (AJ) é o maior veículo de armazenamento de água do CBMMG para garantir o suprimento adequado em grandes incêndios. Com a capacidade de 25 mil litros de água e mais de 20 metros de comprimento, a carreta exige a categoria E da Carteira Nacional de Habilitação. A dirigibilidade ainda é afetada substancialmente pelo movimento da água no tanque reservatório, gerando ainda mais dificuldade aos deslocamentos de emergência.
