A SES (Secretaria de Estado de Saúde) recebeu nesta sexta-feira (1º) representantes do Ministério da Saúde para apresentar o Sistema E-Crie. Desenvolvido pela SES, a plataforma digital foi concebida para gerenciar a solicitação e distribuição de imunobiológicos especiais para os 79 municípios de Mato Grosso do Sul.
A reunião teve como objetivo principal mostrar o funcionamento do E-Crie e discutir a possibilidade um acordo de cooperação técnica entre a SES e o Ministério da Saúde para a implementação da ferramenta em nível nacional.
Carlos Edson Hott, do Núcleo de Governança da Informação do Ministério da Saúde, ressaltou a importância de identificar casos de sucesso como esse para ampliar o acesso a sistemas eficazes em todo o país.
“Quando a esfera federal identifica um case de sucesso em algum local, a gente vai conhecer para tentar entender como podemos ampliar o acesso a esse sistema aos demais entes federados”, afirmou Hott.
A assessora técnica do departamento de Imunização ligada à coordenação-geral de Corporação Científica e Imunização do Ministério da Saúde, Patrícia Carvalho, destacou o apoio dado a essa iniciativa desde dezembro de 2023. Ela ressaltou a necessidade de estabelecer um fluxo eficiente de acesso aos imunobiológicos especiais e expressou interesse em conhecer profundamente o sistema para sua possível ampliação.
“A gente tem a necessidade de estabelecer um fluxo de acesso aos imunobiológicos especiais e esse sistema hoje usado em Mato Grosso do Sul chamou bastante a atenção, para que a gente conheça profundamente para a possibilidade de ampliação”, explicou Carvalho.
Marcos Espindola de Freitas, coordenador de Tecnologia de Informática e Informação da SES, detalhou o funcionamento da ferramenta, enfatizando que o Sistema E-Crie, único em todo o país, é uma solução tecnológica destinada ao controle e dispensação de imunobiológicos especiais. Ele salientou que o ciclo completo, desde o cadastro do paciente até a entrega do insumo, é gerenciado pela plataforma.
“Não existe nenhuma solução semelhante no país que controle eletronicamente e permita que os pacientes possam enviar os dados de forma digital. Então, a comitiva veio conhecer a tecnologia e eventualmente discutir uma possível cedência para outras unidades administrativas do país”, explicou Freitas.
Para o gerente de Imunização da SES, Frederico Jorge Pontes de Moraes, é crucial que o Ministério da Saúde conheça essa ferramenta desenvolvida em MS e promova sua ampliação para os demais estados brasileiros.
“A partir dessa ferramenta, nós temos uma disponibilidade das informações do sistema de informação, agilidade no processo de entrega e monitoramento das doses enviadas. Aquilo que era antes feito de forma física, passou para o formato digital proporcionando maior celeridade no processo”, concluiu.
Participaram da reunião representantes das coordenadorias de Imunização e Tecnologia de Informática e Informação da SES, do Núcleo de Governança da Informação e coordenação-geral de Corporação Científica e Imunização do Ministério da Saúde.
