O Governo de Minas, por meio da Invest Minas – agência vinculada à Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Econômico (Sede-MG) – lançou na tarde desta terça-feira (16/4), na WTM Latin America 2024, em São Paulo, plataforma digital criada para facilitar a identificação de espaços com potencial para abrigar equipamentos turísticos no estado.
A ação contou com participação do vice-governador, Professor Mateus, o presidente da Invest Minas, João Paulo Braga e o secretário de Estado de Cultura e Turismo, Leônidas de Oliveira, entre outras autoridades.
A “Invest Minas Tur” será um facilitador para a atração de investimentos no setor, uma vez que possibilitará conexão direta dos investidores com potenciais parceiros.
O objetivo é dar visibilidade às diversas oportunidades existentes em Minas Gerais, por meio de uma vitrine na qual proprietários de imóveis e gestores municipais possam apresentar atrativos e, assim, ampliar as chances de obter recursos para a concretização de empreendimentos.
“Só tenho que parabenizar todas as equipes que fizeram parte desse trabalho. Não é à toa que Minas Gerais tem crescido no turismo. Isso é resultado de muito trabalho. Por isso, parabenizo o Invest Minas por mais esse feito”, destacou o vice-governador.
Professor Mateus também reforçou o potencial de desenvolvimento do turismo em Minas, por meio de incentivadores como a agência de investimentos.
“A gente fica muito feliz com cada iniciativa, mas em algumas áreas precisamos de grandes investimentos. Esses grandes investimentos estruturantes, com a atração de grandes players do trade internacional, passam pela Invest Minas”.
Parcerias
O projeto foi desenvolvido em conjunto, ainda, pelas secretarias de Estado de Cultura e Turismo (Secult) e de Desenvolvimento Econômico (Sede-MG), tendo como parceiros a Codemge, o Sebrae Minas e a Fecomércio, que vão auxiliar na divulgação da plataforma no interior do estado e na busca por oportunidades de negócios em toda Minas Gerais.
“A ‘Invest Minas Tur’, ao conectar investidores e potenciais parceiros, irá propiciar o surgimento de novos negócios, fazendo com que o turismo siga sendo esse grande gerador de empregos, renda e desenvolvimento econômico em Minas Gerais”, destacou o secretário de Estado de Cultura e Turismo, Leônidas de Oliveira.
Números
Desde 2022, o Governo de Minas, por meio da Invest Minas, tem trabalhado de forma ativa na atração de investimentos para o turismo no estado, alcançando a marca de R$ 3,7 bilhões atraídos no período, e mais de 20 mil empregos gerados.
A plataforma “Invest Minas Tur” foi desenvolvida completamente in house, ou seja, com a própria equipe de TI da Agência, que buscou uma solução digital para apresentar os produtos de maneira mais eficiente, compondo um portfólio vivo das potencialidades turísticas.
“Nossa intenção é que este seja um projeto piloto para que possamos fazer o mesmo com outros setores da economia e, assim, promover o desenvolvimento de uma forma ampla e dinâmica”, destaca o presidente da Invest Minas, João Paulo Braga.
Como funciona
O sistema será autogerido pelos usuários, que poderão fazer buscas ou cadastrar as suas oportunidades, como terrenos e imóveis públicos ou privados, diretamente na plataforma.
“A ferramenta irá permitir direcionar melhor as oportunidades, gerando valor para o turismo e renda para as comunidades”, explicou a assessora estratégica para a Economia do Turismo da Invest Minas, Anamélia Tagliaferri.
A plataforma permite fazer a busca utilizando diversos filtros, como por tipo de oportunidade (terrenos, prédios, parques, turismo rural, de natureza, de saúde, etc), tipo de operação (venda, cessão, doação, etc) e situação (se está em funcionamento, em fase de projeto, desativado, etc).
Além disso, disponibiliza um mapa com os municípios destacados, a fim de estimular a vocação local para o turismo.
Exporta Minas
Outro anúncio feito pelo Estado na feira é o Exporta Minas. Desenvolvido pela Companhia de Desenvolvimento de Minas Gerais (Codemge), o objetivo é diversificar as exportações dos produtos mineiros, em especial, aqueles que compõem a cozinha mineira.
“Precisamos lembrar que para isso a produção deve ser certificada. Precisamos estar aptos a exportar, não é simplesmente incentivar. Temos que nos preparar, nos capacitar, fazer com que o pequeno se torne médio, que o médio ganhe uma estrutura, mas não perca o artesanal. Todas essas riquezas gastronômicas que estamos vendo aqui estarão nos próximos anos disponíveis em outros países”, disse o vice-presidente da Codemge, Leonardo Bortoletto.
O ExportaMinas é inspirado no modelo francês de difusão da cultura alimentar pelo mundo. Em um primeiro momento, o programa pretende estruturar serviços de assessoria técnica aos produtores locais e instalar “casas da gastronomia mineira” nos principais mercados mundiais, como Estados Unidos, Europa e Oriente Médio.
A meta em cinco anos é habilitar para exportação os principais produtos da gastronomia mineira com utilização do “Selo Verde”.
No programa, quatro passos serão importantes para viabilizar a exportação de produtos típicos mineiros.
Primeiramente, será preciso identificar os produtores com afinidade com o projeto. Depois, serão construídas parcerias para tratar os entraves já identificados. O terceiro passo será a elaboração do projeto-piloto, franquias de Minas no mundo e, por último, a replicação do projeto para outros produtores mineiros e setores da economia.
Representação da gastronomia mineira
Durante a participação na feira, Professor Mateus comandou o Cozinha Viva, com o prato “risoto uai”, costelinha ao molho de goiabada defumada.
No estande de Minas no evento, a cozinha mineira está sendo apresentada por time 100% feminino. São três chefs mineiras cozinhando delícias típicas do estado, levando toda a mineiridade para São Paulo. Elas ajudaram o vice-governador a fazer a receita, servida para os visitantes.
“A cozinha mineira é central, não é à toa que os nossos estandes têm a cozinha no centro. Também não é à toa que nós estamos sempre falando da cozinha mineira. A cozinha é um traço da nossa identidade mineira. Tudo que ocorreu aqui hoje foi uma coisa encantadora. Ter a oportunidade de cozinhar do lado da Val, do lado de dona Marlene, da Lia, da Pri, que são pessoas que põem carinho, coração no que estão fazendo”, declarou Professor Mateus.
