SSP de SP destaca parceria entre Polícia, MP e Receita em operação contra lavagem de dinheiro em empresas de ônibus pelo crime organizado
O secretário da Segurança Pública de São Paulo, Guilherme Derrite, afirmou nesta terça-feira (9) que o trabalho conjunto entre Polícia Militar, Ministério Público (MPSP) e Receita Federal na operação contra empresas de ônibus da capital acusadas de lavagem de dinheiro contribui para a asfixia financeira do crime organizado.
Ao todo, 340 agentes e 106 veículos da PM estiveram nas ruas para o cumprimento de mandados de prisão e busca e apreensão da Operação Fim da Linha, do Grupo de Atuação Especial de Combate Organizado (Gaeco), do MPSP.
“É um marco no combate ao crime organizado no Estado de São Paulo. Essa parceria entre Gaeco e Polícia Militar ganha uma nova etapa, com parceria importante da Receita Federal, dando mais robustez nessa rede integrada no combate ao crime organizado, em um dos principais pilares, que é a asfixia financeira”, afirmou Derrite.
A operação, que também contou com apoio do Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (CADE), busca combater a atuação de quadrilhas que lavavam dinheiro do crime organizado em duas grandes empresas de ônibus da zona leste e da zona sul da capital. Ambas são responsáveis pelo transporte diário de cerca de 700 mil passageiros na cidade de São Paulo.
“O objetivo é limitar o acesso às cadeias econômicas do crime organizado. As forças de segurança estaduais, hoje na figura do Centro de Inteligência da PM, estarão ombro a ombro com o MP e com todas as instituições nesse combate, aumentando a proteção da nossa sociedade”
O objetivo da operação é combater a atuação de quadrilhas que lavam dinheiro do crime organizado em duas grandes empresas de ônibus da zona leste e da zona sul da capital. Ambas são responsáveis pelo transporte diário de cerca de 700 mil passageiros na cidade de São Paulo.
Dos quatro mandados de prisão, três já foram cumpridos e outros 52 locais foram vistoriados, onde foram apreendidos dois fuzis, uma submetralhadora, duas pistolas e um revólver. Um suspeito foi preso em flagrante por porte de arma pela equipe do canil da PM.
