O prazo para envio de propostas vai até 10 de junho
O IFSP acaba de lançar chamada pública visando captar interessados em apoiar o Fundo Patrimonial do IFSP por meio de serviços.
Os Fundos Patrimoniais foram instituídos pela Lei nº 13.800/2019, que os define como um “conjunto de ativos de natureza privada instituído, gerido e administrado pela organização gestora de fundo patrimonial com o intuito de constituir fonte de recursos de longo prazo, a partir da preservação do principal e da aplicação de seus rendimentos”. Dessa forma, seu objetivo é captar doações para futuramente apoiar projetos de pesquisa, inovação e extensão envolvendo os estudantes do IFSP.
Nesta chamada, o IFSP busca interessados em apoiar o Fundo com serviços, tais como:
- Serviços de Marketing: programação visual, design, elaboração de peças de comunicação, divulgação, impulsionamento em redes sociais, além de outros serviços de marketing que possam contribuir para aumentar a visibilidade e as captações do Fundo Patrimonial.
- Serviços de eventos: serviços que possam contribuir para a realização de eventos com possíveis doadores, tais como ex-estudantes, envolvendo cessão de espaço, infraestrutura, coffee break, entre outros.
- Serviços administrativos: em momento adequado, o Fundo Patrimonial precisará de serviços como auditoria, por exemplo.
- Materiais de consumo: materiais que poderão ser utilizados como brindes em eventos promovidos pelo IFSP com propósito de divulgação do Fundo Patrimonial.
