Eliete dos Santos Souza, do Portal do Céu, foi a primeira a chegar à reunião e a segunda a receber o título de regularização fundiária. Ela quis registrar a imagem, tirada pela colega Rosângela Beatriz de Souza Costa.
Nesta segunda-feira (25), a Prefeitura de São José dos Campos entregou os documentos de propriedade expedidos pelo cartório a 48 moradores da região leste. O encontro ocorreu num espaço de eventos do Santa Hermínia e beneficiou moradores do bairro e também dos loteamentos Boa Esperança, Jardim Ebenezer, Portal do Céu, Jardim Primavera e Santa Lúcia.
“Meu sonho era receber esse papel, e eu consegui, então estou muito feliz”, disse Eliete. “Eu só tenho que agradecer primeiramente a Deus, e segundo a Prefeitura, e a todos que ajudaram. Fiz questão de tirar a foto, e agora mesmo vou guardar de lembrança”, destacou.
Moradora do Santa Hermínia, Rosângela saiu do evento também com o sentimento de gratidão. Para sair do aluguel, ela e o marido (que morreu em 2020) haviam comprado o terreno no bairro, construído a casa e criado os 3 filhos. “Estou muito feliz com essa conquista. Hoje o meu esposo não está com a gente, mas era o sonho dele, sonho realizado”, contou.
A regularização fundiária é mais um compromisso do Plano de Gestão 2021-2024 que está sendo cumprido. Nesse período foram emitidos 1.420 títulos para proprietários de 15 loteamentos.
