Sedes realiza ciclo de capacitação para mulheres gratuitamente e promove o empreendedorismo

Em parceria com o Instituto Mulher Empreendedora e o Itaú Mulher Empreendedora, a Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Social de João Pessoa (Sedes) iniciou o ciclo de capacitações do programa ‘Empreenda e Renda’. A primeira capacitação aconteceu na Associação Pestalozzi da Paraíba, na última sexta-feira (8) e contou com a participação de mulheres que têm seus filhos atendidos pela instituição e que também são moradoras da região.
O objetivo do programa é capacitar mulheres para que empreendam em seu próprio negócio ou tenham melhores ferramentas para inserção no mercado de trabalho. Uma dessas mulheres é Maria Lucelina, que tem uma filha de 27 anos e que há 13 é atendida pela Pestalozzi. Ela trabalha com salgados por encomenda a cerca de 20 anos.
“Tudo que se refere ao ramo de empreender para mim, eu creio que vai valer a pena. É mais um conhecimento que eu vou ter porque eu só faço vender, mas aqui vou aprender mais a lidar com os clientes e se tiver mais alguma coisa que eu não conheça, vou aprender”, destacou.
As aulas são divididas em módulos para melhor compreensão e aprendizagem, onde as mulheres aprenderão sobre como gerir um negócio, táticas de vendas, formar redes de contatos profissionais, liderança, comunicação eficaz, controle financeiro e como formalizar seu negócio. Os ciclos vão continuar acontecendo em outros pontos da cidade, sempre de forma gratuita.
