Além de garantir o benefício para quem precisa, o recadastramento no programa Energia Social: Conta de Luz Zero, que é todo digital, traz ainda mais nitidez na utilização dos recursos públicos, como os da área social gerenciados pela a Sead (Secretaria de Estado de Assistência Social e dos Direitos Humanos), garantindo mais transparência e eficiência da gestão pública.
Neste sentido, os beneficiários do programa Energia Social: Conta de Luz Zero, programa do Governo do Estado que paga a conta de luz, devem realizar recadastramento no site oficial do programa: https://www.energiasocial.ms.gov.br. O prazo final é 10 de maio.
“É de extrema importância o recadastramento dos beneficiários do programa Energia Social: Conta de Luz Zero. Com esse recadastramento, além de garantirmos o benefício para quem precisa, temos também a certeza de que os recursos públicos estão indo para o caminho certo, atingindo a população em vulnerabilidade social e trabalhando para que Mato Grosso do Sul se de desenvolva sem deixar ninguém para trás”, explica a titular da Sead, Patrícia Cozzolino.
Na aplicação prática do impacto positivo do Energia Social: Conta de Luz Zero vale destacar que uma família pode, de forma efetiva, destinar os recursos que seriam necessários para o pagamento da conta de luz, garantindo assim a continuidade dos serviços elétricos, para outros fins, como a utilização do dinheiro para compra de material escolar, remédio na farmácia ou até mesmo uma compra no mercado.
Em média, são mais de 154 mil famílias beneficiadas pelo programa. Dentre outras solicitações, no ato do recadastramento, o beneficiário deverá enviar de forma digital a fatura de energia elétrica, foto atualizada e documentos pessoais. Na fatura mensal de cada beneficiário também haverá aviso alertando da necessidade de recadastramento.
Por meio de lei, publicada em dezembro de 2023, o Governo do Estado garante o programa Energia Social: Conta de Luz Zero até 2026, contemplando também às famílias que tenham entre seus membros, residentes na unidade consumidora, com consumo de até 530 KW/h, pessoa com patologia cujo tratamento médico requer o uso continuado de aparelhos, equipamentos ou instrumentos que, para seu funcionamento, demandam consumo de energia elétrica (eletrodependentes).
