Ao longo desta terça-feira (13), o programa “HumanizAção” realizou novas ações de abordagem social especializada a pessoas em situação de rua na cidade. As equipes ofereceram atendimentos a um total de 103 pessoas, sendo que 30 delas aceitaram receber acolhimento no Serviço de Obras Sociais (SOS). No local, são disponibilizados aos abrigados, além do pernoite, alimentação completa, roupas e toalhas limpas, banho quente, além de cuidados de higiene.
As equipes percorreram diferentes pontos da cidade, como: Rua Miguel José Gimenez, Rua Guilherme Marconi, Rua Antônio Adade, Avenida Gen. Carneiro, Praça Mãe Preta, Rua José Martins, Praça Mãe Preta, Praça Edmundo Valle, Largo do Líder, Praça Pio XII, Praça Cel. Fernando Prestes, Praça Antônia Peres Haro, Rua Padre Lara de Moraes, Avenida Dr. Armando Pannunzio, Praça Frei Baraúna, Avenida Cel. Nogueira Padilha, Avenida São Paulo, Avenida Itavuvu, Mosteiro de São Bento, Rua Zemira Rosa, Avenida Barão de Tatuí, Avenida Washington Luiz, Praça Castro Alves e imediações da Rodoviária.
O “HumanizAção” é realizado de forma integrada por equipes da Secretaria do Gabinete Central (SGC), Secretaria de Segurança Urbana (Sesu), Secretaria da Cidadania (Secid), com sua Coordenadoria de Álcool e Outras Drogas junto à Divisão de Política para Pessoas em Situação de Rua, além da Secretaria da Saúde (SES). Também conta com o importante auxílio da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM), Secretaria de Serviços Públicos e Obras (Serpo), Secretaria de Mobilidade (Semob) e Urbes – Trânsito e Transportes.

A população pode sempre colaborar com as atividades do programa, informando os locais da cidade onde haja pessoas em situação de rua necessitando de cuidados e acolhimento, assim como doando roupas, cobertores e alimentos.
