A Fundação Centro de Hematologia e Hemoterapia do Estado de Minas Gerais (Hemominas) encerrou com muita alegria a campanha de pré-Carnaval desenvolvida pelo Hemocentro de Belo Horizonte (HBH), nesta sexta-feira (9/2). Com o mote “Antes de cair na folia, venha doar!, a ação começou com a chegada do Príncipe do Samba, Fabinho do Terreiro, acompanhado pela banda formada por integrantes dos blocos Katopé e Bloco do Mamá 2024, ao som de marchinhas tradicionais e sambas populares. “Acredito que é um incentivo para o doador unir doação à alegria do Carnaval, pois o ato de doar sangue é um ato de alegria, realização e felicidade. Assim como cultura é vida, a doação é um convite à vida”, disse Fabinho do Terreiro.
A chegada do Trio Momesco aumentou a animação e, em ritmo de samba, trio e banda percorreram as instalações do Hemocentro, passando pela sala de coleta de doadores e pelo ambulatório, alegrando os pacientes hematológicos assistidos pela instituição.
Maior demanda
A campanha no HBH teve diversas ações, com a mascote da Hemominas, a Gotinha, comandando as mobilizações, com apoio de várias instituições parceiras.
A responsável da equipe da Captação do HBH, Hellen Dupim, destacou a importância de doar sangue nesse período. “O Carnaval está aí e historicamente sabemos que a quantidade de pacientes aumenta e a de doadores diminui, por isso desenvolvemos a campanha. Nossa preocupação, assim como de todas as unidades da Fundação, é manter diariamente estoques adequados para atender os pacientes que tanto dependem de sangue”, frisou.
Também houve ações em pontos estratégicos de BH, como no Aeroporto Internacional de Belo Horizonte, no Terminal Rodoviário de Belo Horizonte e no Bloco Chama o Síndico, no dia 7/2, distribuindo panfletos, ventarolas e botons convidando os foliões a doarem sangue e levando nossa mascote para atrair as pessoas.
As doações são necessárias todos os dias, mas em períodos de férias ou eventos como o Carnaval, elas são fundamentais para manter os estoques em segurança, uma vez que a possibilidade de ocorrerem acidentes aumenta, sem contar os pacientes hematológicos atendidos diariamente nos ambulatórios da rede Hemominas em todo o estado que demandam transfusões constantes, como os afetados pela anemia falciforme e hemofilia.
Entre os requisitos básicos para doar sangue, é necessário:
- estar em boas condições de saúde;
- ter entre 16 e 69 anos;
- pesar mais de 50 kg;
- estar bem descansado no momento da doação;
- estar alimentado – após almoço, jantar ou refeições com conteúdo mais gorduroso deve-se aguardar três horas para efetuar a doação;
- não ingerir bebida alcoólica 12 horas antes da doação;
- não ter sido exposto a situação de risco para doenças transmissíveis pelo sangue;
- não ter tido hepatite após os 11 anos;
- apresentar documento de identificação oficial e original, com foto, filiação e assinatura.
